I came across this recipe yesterday and thought it was so fabulous that I decided to share it with you. This recipe is from Sarah Fit, so a special thanks to her for being such a gourmet and sharing this tasty creation ;) (There's a Gluten free Version of this recipe below).

This sounds brilliant! I'm going to give this a go - I'll substitute out the honey for Agave or sweet freedom I think and for the protein powder I'm going to use my favourite vanilla one from Pure Form Fitness :)
