About

IMG_0366I’m a big fan of healthy eating and nutrition and having lost a lot of weight I’m keen not to put it back on! I want to be healthy and happy and to look after my body. However I am and have always been a total dessert and baking fiend! πŸ™‚ Since losing the weight and getting involved with a fantastic healthy eating programme from Pure Form Fitness I’ve been inspired to create healthy-eating friendly desserts, cakes and biscuit recipes that taste as good or better than β€œnormal” treats – so you can still have your cake and eat it!

I’ve been posting some of my recipes on the Pure Form Fitness Kitchen blog, but now I thought I’d start my own up. Check out the Pure Form Fitness Kitchen for lots of other delicious recipes πŸ™‚

I hope you enjoy trying out some of these recipes – let me know how you get on.
Some of my cakes and bakes are available to order. I’m registered with Elmbridge Borough Council and have had my kitchen Environmental Health approved (five star rating). I also have my food and hygiene level 2 certificate so your bakes are in safe hands πŸ™‚

  1. Lovely recipes here! Keep up the great work and congrats on losing weight! I once was 13 kg bigger so I know exactly what you are talking about. I got my peace with food some time ago already. My sweet tooth back 13kg more has vanished. It does not mean that I am not enjoying lovely cakes and desserts!

It was too thick so I mixed some vegan cream cheese with it, and also added a little bit of icing sugar and orange zest. The pastry was made with nuttlex instead of butter. Results: Amazing, everyone was surprised that it was vegan,
