It’s freezing outside and I was feeling a little sorry for myself this morning. So I thought what better way to kick start my day than with the breakfast to beat all breakfasts!
Spelt porridge oats cooked with water, a tablespoon of cashew butter and a scoop of Pure Protein Powder, with some stewed apple (unsweetened) and natural Co Yo. Then I sprinkled a mix of chopped roasted nuts, linseed and desiccated coconut on the top with some Acai berry, and finally a drizzle of date syrup. Omg! 🙂
